Weddings can be a stressful time, with so many decisions and plans to make. Let us help you take some of the pressure off. We can help you find party rental items, live music, or local accommodations for friends and family. We have package deals available on our rooms for you, the wedding party or your family.

Have your wedding and reception all in one place, saves time and money for those on a budget or driving any distance. Refrigerated storage and cooking facilities are also available in our new community kitchen for your food and drink during the ceremony.

We have information packets for our brides that are full of helpful hints as well as handy check off lists.

We are also available to help decorate, serve or rotate food and drink as well as clean up. Our package prices change depending on how much extra help you may need or want. We try to make your big day as stress free as possible so you can enjoy it, not worry about it.

Your wedding should be a wonderful memory for everyone involved! The Trailhead is beautiful regardless of the season, and we are available for weddings all year round.
